An Accompaniment Practice
Sometimes we just need accompaniment. We try to do things independently and it works up to a certain point. But when we feel like we are hanging by a thread, we need help. We can't do it alone.
This is a space to hold your grief for a moment, in accompaniment with someone who can see, hear, and feel it. Not therapy. No diagnoses, no assessments, no labels. Just a shared space, without judgment.
My Approach
Hi, I’m Shwetha! (pronounced Shway-THA)
At the center of my practice is listening with intention. I provide space for those navigating end-of-life care for themselves or their loved ones or who need grief support during a major loss.
I truly believe that we are meant to care for each other in community, listened to and held together by the stories that connect us.
We were not meant to grieve alone, or die alone. I hold that sentiment sacred, as I sit with others in accompaniment.

I believe that caring for each other at the end of our lives is an act of collective liberation. I am here to listen, and here to connect.
